Gourment Dishes

Hatam Cuisine's gourmet dishes usually include long-grain rice , various herbs (mint, basil, dill, parsley), , flat bread, and some type of meat (usually chicken or beef, but sometimes lamb that is marinated with our famous marination process. Stew over rice is by far the most popular dish, and the spices and form of cooking vary by region.

Persian Cooking

Traditional Persian cooking is done in stages, at times needing hours of preparation and attention. The outcome is a well-balanced mixture of herbs, meat, beans, dairy products and vegetables. One of the oldest unique recipes is Khoresht-e-Fesenjon, a stew consisting of chicken breast meat in a rich pomengranate and walnut sauce that yields a distinctive brownish color, most often served with white rice.

For patrons seeking a unique flavor and blend of herbs with meat, We suggest you try our Famous Lamb Shank dish. Our Lamb Shank is simmered in our special home made sauce and broiled to perfection.
